Required construction work and physical room modifications.
Construction:
Projection screen removal
Remove projection screen control (Front left paddle button)
Remove projector and pole
Reinforce front of room wall for 98” display support.
Remove visible leftover box conduit and quad boxes on walls from previous sound system
finish cable pass-through cutout (hole in wall, front left corner hidden by cabinet.)
Remove whiteboard in front of room

Design Choices
Design decisions, finishes, and other key choices for HH B206.
Logitech Rally conferencing system will be installed in the room. The system includes the following:
Logitech Tap Control Panel (w/ cat5e kit, & wall mount)
Logitech Rallybar (w/ vesa mount)
Logitech Rally Microphone Pod x2 (w/extension kit, and table mounts)
Logitech Extend (single cable BYOD system)
Logitech Rally PTZ camera (w/extension kit)
Please note:
The Tap control panel will be wall mounted
The Rally Bar will be vesa mounted below the room display
The Rally Mic Pods will be mounted to the conference room table.
The Extend cable will reside on the conference room table (pass-thru in FT2)
The Rally PTZ camera will be wall mounted to be presenter facing
One (1) network data drop will be required at the display location for conferencing system.
Wireless Presentation
One (1) Barco C-10 wireless presentation device will be provided and installed behind the room display to enable wireless presentation to the room display.
One (1) network data drop required at the display location for Barco network access.
Flip Top Table BoxesTwo (2) Crestron FT2-200 recessed table boxes will be provided by AVI-SPL and installed by client in
