User unrecognized by serverYour Andrew account must be added to the research license. The account you are using to install and run Comsol must match your Andrew username. If you do not already have a matching account on your computer, create a new account that matches your Andrew username. Do not rename an existing account. If you are installing Comsol on a Windows system, the account you use to run the Comsol installation must have administrative privileges.

No Research Licenses Available, No Research Licenses available for specific modules- The research license is oversubscribed, there are more share holders than there are licenses. Some groups have opted to limit the number of seats for use over their group rather than one seat per user. In these cases, license contention may occur, particularly during peak use periods.
